The third online seminar, organised by PAFO-WFO, FFD and AHA, was held on 28 July 2023. It was dedicated to The role of farmers’ organisations in the UNFCCC process, farmers’ groups, the state of negotiations”. It was an interactive session, with an overview of the background to the UNFCCC negotiation process, its history and, above all, what has enabled farmers to get to where they are today. The session also provided an opportunity to present farmers’ expectations for the next COP 28, to be held in Dubai from 30 November to 12 December 2023.
